Grove Farm owns and manages 38,000 acres of land and is committed to building a Sustainable Kauai through responsible stewardship of natural resources, supporting local entrepreneurs, and strategic partnerships for a thriving community.
Private events are welcome at four property sites: Puhi Park, Puakea Golf Course, and Iliahi Estate -- all centrally located in Lihue, and the Kōloa Mill lawn on Kauai's south shore.
With more than 4 acres of well-maintained open space, Puhi Park offers the ultimate flexibility for outdoor activities. A popular venue for events, Puhi Park is also home to our Saturday morning Grove Farm Market, featuring local famers, crafters, and small businesses.
The lawn at Puakea Golf Course provides a picturesque outdoor setting with its royal palm trees. Events can also be held at the Puakea Grill which provides both indoor and outdoor options.
The historic Lihue Plantation Manager's home built in 1933, known as Iliahi Estate, is secluded in the knolls above Lihue town. The estate has an astounding panoramic view of the former sugarcane fields. The restored residence provides a quaint setting for intimate gatherings, while the manicured grounds offer a venue with spectacular views for larger events.
The old Kōloa Mill sits abandoned following the mill's closure in the mid 1990s. However, the structure provides a nostalgic backdrop with the lawn serving as an event venue. Koloa Sugar Plantation is considered the beginning of what would one day be the state's largest industry, and the faded quote "It all started here!" can still be read on the mill structure. The Old Koloa Sugar mill was the perfect backdrop for the movie, "Hobbs and Shaw 2019 Fast and the Furious."
