While outside vendors are welcome, our in-house a/v supplier, Projection Presentation Technology (PPT) offers equipment, sound reinforcement, video/data imaging and skilled technicians. Our in-house a/v system is an exclusive service of PPT.
Internet
Smart City Networks, the nation’s largest provider of event telecommunications and technology in the convention industry, has served as HCC’s official technology provider since 2016 and offers a variety of services, including data and internet services through the ownership and operation of a large-scale data network and Wi-Fi services in all rentable spaces throughout HCC. Smart City provides wireless network services throughout HCC, high-speed internet access using Ethernet protocols to all exhibit spaces and Meeting Rooms and turnkey data networking services, including local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs) and private networks using the latest technology.

Meeting planner services
Take advantage of Smart City Network’s fully hosted custom “Wi-Fi Buyout” service to ensure your attendees have high speed Wi-Fi available in selected areas or facility-wide . This gives the attendees an experience that is both cohesive and convenient. Available online event services allow you to create live internet broadcasts, send videos via email for promotion and marketing and set up customized internet access and email centers for your attendees.

Attendee services
Free Wi-Fi for light use like reading emails and web browsing is available in all public spaces and general meeting spaces (does not include exhibit halls).
