Honolulu, Nov. 22, 2024 – ‘Twas the Light Before Christmas, a first-of-its-kind immersive holiday adventure hosted by the Hawai‘i Convention Center in partnership with Paquin Entertainment Group, is now open through Dec. 30, 2024.

Stroll through a 32,000-square-foot wonderland of light full of holiday music, delicious treats, and heartwarming moments. ‘Twas the Light Before Christmas includes themed rooms for all ages, such as a magical Fir Forest, a restorative bamboo room and a larger-than-life projection room. There will also be interactive experiences such as Snowdrift Soft play, Naughty or Nice Selfie Station, Santa Sleigh and Reindeer, Camp Snow Globe, and Giant Light Tunnels.

Tickets are available at alohaimmersive.com, and guests are encouraged to reserve their preferred dates and times early as tickets are limited. Tickets start at $26.99 for adults and $14.99 for children. Additional discounts are available for seniors, military members, and groups, and for an extra-magical holiday experience, a limited number of VIP Packages will include priority entry, a festive cocktail or non-alcoholic beverage, and an exclusive ‘Twas the Light Before Christmas gift.

Tickets are for reserved entry every half hour, 11 a.m.- 9 p.m. Sunday-Thursday and 11 a.m.-10 p.m. Friday-Saturday. Parking is available at the Hawai‘i Convention Center and Ala Moana Center.

‘Twas the Light Before Christmas features:

  • 22 large-scale lighting installations
  • 33 feet of total light immersion in the Giant Light Tunnels
  • 68 projectors
  • 186 large snow-covered fir trees in the Fir Forest of Light
  • 10,000 sq. ft. immersive projection space
  • 32,000 sq. ft. total space
     

SPECIAL EVENTS: Pajama Party Tuesdays (Dec. 3 and 10) come dressed in your festive PJs and enjoy a $5 off drink coupon; Toddler Time (10-11 a.m. Dec. 2 and 9) show opens an hour early; Slay the Holidays (7-10 p.m. Dec. 5) ages 21 and over, drag show with a percentage of proceeds benefiting the Hawai‘i LGBT Legacy Foundation; and Ugly Sweater Day (Dec. 12) come dressed in an ugly holiday sweater and receive a free signature cookie.
