Welcome Program

Banner Program

Let our banner welcome program build awareness of your convention and share our aloha with attendees, delegates and guests. Hung from banners on light poles at the convention center and at the Honolulu International Airport, our banners offer meeting planners a turnkey “crack-and-peel” name-swap solution as a way to welcome guests at nominal cost.

Airport Program

Meet Hawaii partners with the Honolulu International Airport and university students to offer warm airport welcomes at designated desks throughout the terminal. We also offer planners the opportunity to purchase banners to be hung in key areas throughout the airport to welcome guests and enhance your event’s visibility.

Discount Programs

The Ala Moana Shopping Center, Waikiki Improvement Association and many members of the Hawaii Tourism Authority offer discounts to attendees and guests of major conventions. Discounts are promoted through store signs we provide to participating merchants.

Hotel Television Coverage

Through our alliance with Oceanic Cable and Hawaii-based Network Media, Convention Television (CTV) offers coverage of major conventions at the Hawaii Convention Center, reaching more than 30,000 Waikiki hotel rooms and giving meeting planners a convenient and powerful way to:

·    Convey daily information to their attendees, delegates and guests

·    Deliver same-day coverage of keynote addresses and VIP interviews

·    Provide for value-added exhibitor commercials and booth locations

·    Promote local activities, products and services to attendees

·    Share aloha through greetings and daily video messages from the governor, mayor and/or convention spokespersons.

For more information or to begin creating a custom CTV package for your event, contact Network Media in Honolulu at (808) 955-2378.
