Raised as a farmer, educated as an aerospace engineer, shaped by a lifetime dedicated to advancing the practice of sustainability and conservation, with a high-wide and deep perspective on human potential as core competencies. 

Rob is a visual storyteller who swiftly sketches out the structure of a complex subject and then simply speaks the essence of that story. He travels worldwide encouraging others to embody the positive change they wish to see in the world by overcoming obstacles and building relationships with partners, employees, customers and the Earth.
