William Feltz is the coordinator for the EWC Arts Program. A musicologist and arts administrator, he is responsible for arts workshops, residencies, exhibitions, performances, seminars and international tours presented by the Center. Under his coordination, the East-West Center has increased its outreach to the public and to schools throughout Hawai'i and beyond. He has coordinated or assisted with arrangements for more than 200 public performances and 130 art and ethnographic exhibitions representing nearly every country in Asia and Oceania. He has an M.A. in ethnomusicology from the University of Hawaii.
