Biographical Information
East-West Center staff 1988-2008. U.S. Foreign Service 1967-1987, with postings in Singapore, Indonesia, Department of State, and as political section head at U.S. Embassy in Canberra in 1984-87. BA from Yale University; MPA in international relations, Woodrow Wilson School, Princeton University.
