Oceania Meeting Planner's Guide

The Hawaiian Islands have become an increasingly popular destination of choice for the Australian and New Zealand Meetings, Incentives, Conference and Events (MICE) sector. To assist meeting professionals with research and planning, Hawaiʻi Tourism Oceania (HTO) has compiled a dedicated Meet Hawaiʻi Guide available both in print and online.

The Meet Hawaiʻi Guide will offer a general overview of Hawaiʻi’s six islands of Kauaʻi, Oʻahu, Maui, Molokaʻi, Lānaʻi and Hawaiʻi Island including maps and general information. This handy resource provides business tourism experts with detailed information on conference, meetings and event facilities, pre- and post- conference touring activities, suitable accommodation and dining options, team-building opportunities and voluntourism experiences.

The Meet Hawaiʻi Guide will also incorporate a directory of business tourism related contacts, a section covering commonly asked questions and a concise hotel directory, as well as showcase the unique and memorable experiences that each island has to offer from swimming with green sea turtles, snorkeling with manta rays, exploring an active volcano or hiking through lush rainforest.
