Debbie Weil-Manuma
President, PRA Hawai'i
Raised on O'ahu, Debbie has been deeply rooted in the Hawai'i travel industry since 1973. She started her own company at age 19, then continued to American Express Travel, where she successfully led the destination management group for 12 years before taking her team to Classic Custom Vacations in 1994. Debbie purchased the business from Classic in 2002 and began operating as Weil & Associates. At the height of its success in 2023, it was acquired by PRA Events, Inc. and rebranded as PRA Hawai'i under Debbie's continued leadership of her entire team of tenured and highly skilled professionals.
