The property is like a Polynesian village. There are four bamboo, eco homes of varying sizes with eight bedrooms (six kings and two queens) and three full sofa beds. There is a saline pool and a 1200 sf halau or meeting house. All of these are located within a private estate of six acres. The majority of the property is a private botanical garden, specializing in rare and endangered palms from around the world.

The halau is 18' by 60' and is open sided and has high, scissor trusses and a waterproof, palm-frond roof. It has solid, floating hardwood floor good for dining, meetings, dancing, etc. Each house has an elegant living room with comfortable seating perfect for use as meeting rooms. There are palapas and a gazebo, also well suited for small groups.
