We provide promotional literature to you
for your attendees complimentary or at
a minimal charge. Informative and colorful
brochures suitable for promotional mailings
are available to promote your meetings,
convention, or tradeshow. To receive a

Color posters, maps, black and white photos,
stock articles, videos and color slides
are available either complimentary, on
loan, or at a nominal charge. To order,

Site Inspection
Assistance
Our dedicated team of professionals
is available to develop a site itinerary
for your pre-convention inspection of
facilities, hotels, special venues and
attractions. We will also schedule appointments
and meetings with appropriate service
staff and purveyors in advance of your
arrival.
Attendance
Building Services
For Convention Center bookings, we partner
with meeting planners to promote and
build attendance for your Hawaii event.
Attendance promotion is customized for
each group to meet the specific requirements
of the organization.
Attendance Promotion Booth Services
Services include attendance promotions
at the annual convention preceding the
Hawaii convention. In some instances,
services may include an on-site staffed
display booth, promotional destination
materials, Hawaiian entertainment and
cultural programs, badge stickers, and
lei greetings.
Telemarketing
The Hawaii Visitors and Convention Bureau
will provide telemarketing services
for your group to potential Pacific-Rim
attendees or U.S. based potential attendees
to generate attendance.
Direct Mail Marketing
The Hawaii Visitors and Convention Bureau
will partner with your group in providing
direct mail materials and/or services
targeted at increasing awareness of
your Hawaii event to promote increased
attendance.
Housing Reservation
Services
Toll-free, computerized, multi-hotel,
convention housing reservation services
are available to your convention delegates,
attendees and guests for groups using
multiple hotels. The Hawaii hotel
block partners, along with the Bureau
and our preferred housing vendor provide
